All our products are made to order. Processing time usually takes 2 to 5 business days before shipping.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days.

During high-demand seasons (such as launches or promotions), processing time may take slightly longer.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (by request): 1–3 business days

  • Free Shipping: on all orders over $100 USD

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather, or carrier delays.

💳 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Orders over $100 USD qualify for free standard shipping.

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can check the delivery status at any time.

💥 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

SolyCréatif is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

🏠 Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

Since each item is custom-made, production time may vary depending on the product.
Please double-check all personalized details (text, spelling, color choices) before checkout, as we cannot accept modifications or returns for custom-made items.
