🧵 Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

All our products are custom-made and personalized, which means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been processed or shipped.

This includes any item customized with names, quotes, colors, or specific designs chosen by the customer.


💥 Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll review your request and, if approved, we’ll send a replacement or offer a fair solution as quickly as possible.


🕒 Reporting Window

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
After this period, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.


🚫 Cancellations

Because our items are made to order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
If you need to correct an address or detail, please email us within 12 hours of purchase at support@solycreatif.com


📦 Lost Packages

SolyCréatif is not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) once the package has been handed over.
If the carrier confirms a lost package, we’ll assist you in filing a claim or offer a discounted replacement.
